“The Dutchman” offers an unbelievably wide range of plants. Whether it's garden, balcony or indoor plants, you will definitely find it here. Although selection is very important here, if you are looking for an intimate shopping experience, you are definitely wrong here. The garden center has existed since 1984 according to the motto "fresh every day, new every day" and has remained true to itself ever since. A visit is always worthwhile, because no two visits are the same. The first branch is not far from the Olympic Stadium, the second opened 10 years later in Treptow. In addition to the plant market, there is also a café with homemade delicacies and an ice rink, which not only makes children's eyes shine in winter. On the garden center's website you can find care tips, a seasonal garden calendar and inspiration for garden design. But watch out, from Christmas Eve, December 24th to February 24th, the garden center is closed, but the ice rink is open. The rest of the year, Der Holländer says it's "open 7 days a week". So if you get garden fever on a Sunday or public holiday between February and December, you can stock up on plants of all kinds between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and make use of the competent service of the gardeners!
